Our mission is to foster a global family of churches and ministries who would experience Jesus, Community and Harvest.
We will never share any of the student, staff, or family information you enter into our system. That information is yours, not ours. We protect that information with the utmost of security and privacy. Your student information is protected and will never be used for marketing or research or sold to any other company.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
When we ask you for personal information, we use this information to communicate with you about your involvement with LIFE Alliance, announcements or community news. In the event that we do send email to you, you may reply at any time and we will remove your email from our email list. We will never share your personal information with a third party.
This information includes but is not limited to a Individual’s full name, phone number, address, email address, date of birth, gender, etc. LIFE Alliance closely guards all information that you store in our system. We do not distribute this information to anyone. LIFE Alliance will not use this information for any purpose except the storage and retrieval of this information that is necessary to maintain our ministry. LIFE Alliance employees will only access Personal information in the process of conducting a customer service request, backing up, restoring, or otherwise maintaining the data for continued service. Our commitment of service includes the highest level of security and protection of your information.
Viewing and Updating Your Information
You can always access the personal information you have provided to by going to Your Account. You can make changes to this information to update your account anytime.
As you browse the LIFEAlliance.org site, cookies may be placed on your computer’s hard drive or in your computer’s memory. (Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your hard drive or in memory.) Cookies allow us to track the items you are currently viewing or editing and provide additional advanced features. Any information from a cookie that is stored on your computer is encrypted so that it cannot be read by anyone who has access to your computer.
If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you may not be able to use the LIFEAlliance.org site or service.
Except as described in this section, we will not sell, rent or disclose your personally identifying information to third parties without notifying you of our intent to share the information and giving you an opportunity to prevent your information from being shared.
LIFE Alliance occasionally use other companies, agents or contractors to perform services necessary to our operations. For example, LIFE Alliance also employs other companies that have partnered with Ministry Tracker like Authorize.net to process credit card transactions, analyze customers’ interaction with our site to improve our service and process customer service surveys. In the course of providing such services, these companies may have contact with your personally identifying information. By contractual agreement, these companies must treat your information in accordance with this Policy. We will not be liable for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by these companies.
Any exceptions to this policy of sharing your name, address or email address with a partner company will be done only with your permission. LIFE Alliance also reserves the right to disclose information when required by law.
LIFE Alliance may also provide analyses of our users (Not Individuals) in aggregate (non-identifying form) to prospective partners, advertisers and other third parties. They do this so that we and our advertisers may understand you better, and so we can keep bringing you first-rate services. We may also disclose, on an anonymous basis, literal statements made by our users. At no time, however, will we disclose personal information about specific users.

For transmitting your personal and student information to us, we (through our services with Ministry Tracker) use a secure server (SSL), which encrypts all of your information. This encryption process ensures that the information you give us is protected against unauthorized access.
You can access Your Account from every page on the site to update and correct your name, email address, password, postal address, and credit card preferences. Please note that you must be signed in to MinistryTracker.com to access this information.
We have implemented technology and security features, as well as strict internal guidelines, to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use. We will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available. While we make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
